Cutter Morning Star High School
I have two book clubs. One is during 1st lunch which is mostly junior high students and the other during 2nd lunch and consists of my senior high students who are avid readers.

Jr. High is starting out with The House of Dark Shadows by Robert Liparulo. Great adventure survival and the first in a series, so it may inspire them to read the others.
Others on the list for the Jr. High include:
Breaking Point by Alex Flinn
The Trap by John Smelcer
Compound by S.A. Bodeen

Senior High is beginning with The Warrior Heir by Cinda Williams Chima, and we are planning a Skype Q & A with the author in October during Teen Read Week!
Others on the list for Senior High include:
If I Stay by Gayle Forman
Impossible and/or Rules of Survival by Nancy Werlin
Beastly by Alex Flinn
The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks by E. Lockhart

Other titles I'm considering include Love is Hell (collection of short stories), Sold by Patricia McCormick, Devil's Kiss by Sarwat Chadda, What Happened to Cass McBride by Gail Giles, and Peeps by Scott Westerfeld. Not sure if I'll have time to work any of these in or not. - Jana Dixon, LMS

_My High School Students are reading Beastly and Shiver.
We will be going to see the Beastly movie in the spring.
My Middle School Students are reading Swindle and Keeping Score
We will be attending the Travelers School Day Game in the spring.

This blog site lets you (or your book club kids or your faculty) build a personal library of titles that you have read and would recommend; you can add as much info on each as you want to share with others. Most bibliophiles will love this site.
