This is not one to teach evaluation but to use as an example.used as part of a college class on critical thinking. It's taken many forms since then. Do a search for "dihydrogen monoxide" and see what you get. Even city councils have been nearly tricked into enacting legislation banning it! This one gets people a lot because it sounds so awful and the website looks so good. Less you get concerned, dihydrogen monoxide is good old water, H2O.
